1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a room, table, or service at Ritz Motel Namusera, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Bookings

Bookings made through this website (via WhatsApp, phone, or booking form) are enquiries and are only confirmed once:

• We respond with confirmation via WhatsApp or phone, and
• Where required, payment or a deposit has been received

Room rates displayed on this website are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and may change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking confirmation applies.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change. Deposits or prepayments, where collected, may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, at our discretion.

4. Payments

Where online or Mobile Money payment is available, transactions are processed securely through our payment partner(s). We do not store your card or mobile money PIN. By making a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat our staff, property, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay, without refund, in cases of abusive behaviour, damage to property, or illegal activity.

6. Reviews

By submitting a review on this website, you confirm the review reflects your genuine experience and grant us permission to display it publicly, including your name and general location. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, false, or violate these terms, and to remove a review at the requester's request.

7. Nina AI Assistant

Nina is an automated assistant designed to answer general questions about Ritz Motel. While we aim for accuracy, information from Nina should not be treated as a final confirmation — please verify bookings, pricing, and availability directly with our staff via phone or WhatsApp.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ritz Motel Namusera is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website, including but not limited to booking errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the guest, third-party service outages (WhatsApp, payment providers, internet connectivity), or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
